Kat has been in the games industry for over 15 years and worked with a variety of clients including Activision, Bethesda Softworks, Blizzard, Capcom, Codemasters, Eidos Interactive, Koch Media, Lucas Arts, SEGA, Vivendi Universal Games, The Gala Group, Fox Pathé and LG Electronics. A pioneer in helping games go mainstream, Kat is renowned for her unbeatable contacts within the national and the mainstream press.
Coverage highlights include launching the World of Warcraft and securing coverage on BBC One’s Six O’Clock News, the Fallout 3 European PR campaign with over 90 front covers and also lifestyle magazine covers for titles such as 50 Cent Bulletproof, Condemned 2, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games, Iron Man, Aliens vs Predator and Bayonetta.
Ryan sinclair - JUNIOR ACCOUNT executive
Ryan joins the Lick team from Bandai Namco, where he assisted the PR and Marketing team on titles such as Tekken, Dark Souls, Project Cars and more. Ryan learnt the essential skills for PR from generating coverage to collating coverage into reports and post mortem to coming up with creative with ideas for plans.
In his spare time, Ryan is also a shoutcaster for official Tekken tournaments including the official global Tekken World Tour as well as many community driven events. Being a strong community member, he has represented the community on an Episode of “The Dojo” aired on Ginx TV as well as worked along side ESL with a Tekken pre-launch tour. .
Lucy starvis - team director
With over 17 years industry experience, Lucy has been lucky enough to head up numerous projects for a variety of high profile clients including SCEE, Ubisoft, SEGA, Konami, Activision, Disney and Pokémon. She has launched key brands including Pro Evolution Soccer, Assassin’s Creed and Mario and Sonic, helped to reinvent the Splinter Cell series and has created and managed numerous key launch events working with top sportsmen and high profile celebrities.
Lucy’s experience covers the promotion of products within the consumer and specialist media and her creative thinking plus fantastic media relationships make a dynamite combination.
Sam brace - consultant
Sam is a consultant for Lick PR and has 14 years experience in the game industry, most recently focusing on app PR and the hugely successful launches of Table Top Racing and Fun Town.
Sam is an expert in all areas of video games publishing with a wealth of knowledge in marketing and PR on a global level.
Sam’s experience includes PR and marketing roles at Capcom, Lunch PR and THQ, and numerous consulting roles including stints at Weber Shandwick, Five by Five and Atomic PR.
