Our Story


The company, established in March 2014 and based in North West London, comprises of three team members and two carefully selected consultants. Together we have over 80 years of experience in PR, Communications and Event Management and have unrivalled media contacts.  The core team is Lucy Starvis, Ryan Sinclair and Kat Osman who are supported by consultants Sam Brace and Suzanne Panter.

Bringing an energy and a passion to the industry that capitalizes on the team’s outstanding wealth of experience, dedication and fantastic relationships with both media and clients, Lick PR strives to deliver unique, creative, and highly successful consumer and specialist PR campaigns and events for clients of all sizes.  

The teams experience, enthusiasm and creativity have produced some incredible campaigns in the past, and the team looks forward to building on those previous successes by providing exceptional campaigns and events that go above and beyond Lick’s client’s expectations of what PR is all about.
